SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. – A Human head was found in St. Pete this morning, by a person jogging at 38th Avenue South. WFLA was streaming from their news chopper on Facebook and captured these images from the very fluid scene.
Police say the jogger called 911 after finding the remains near the intersection of 38th Avenue South and 31st Street South at 7 AM this morning. Police ask that anyone with information, please contact them immediately- 727-893-7780.
