HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. -The Florida Lottery announced Thursday that Lashonda Roberts, 49, of Brandon, claimed a $1 million prize at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee from the $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR Scratch-Off game.
She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.
Roberts purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 250 Third Street South, St. Petersburg. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
