U.S. District Judge William Jung sentenced Pierre C. Marc, a 37-year-old resident of Bradenton, to 30 years in federal prison for his role in a major drug distribution operation in the Middle District of Florida.

Marc was found guilty by a jury on April 9, 2024, of conspiracy to distribute large quantities of cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, and heroin.

During the trial, witnesses testified to Marc’s significant role in the drug trade, supplying large amounts of fentanyl and cocaine to distributors in Pinellas and Manatee counties between 2019 and 2021.

In one instance, Marc was caught with over 300 grams of fentanyl and a firearm during a controlled delivery.

The case was investigated as part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) operation, a multi-agency initiative targeting high-level criminal organizations. Participating agencies included the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the St. Petersburg Police Department, and the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
