MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Big Pine Key man, previously arrested for allegedly scamming customers with unfulfilled fishing charters, is now facing additional charges related to similar incidents.
Brandon Ray Henley, 46, is accused of multiple counts of grand theft, petit theft, and organized fraud.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, several victims reported booking fishing trips with Henley through an inactive business named “Florida Keys Fly Fishing, LLC.”
Henley consistently failed to show up for the scheduled charters, leading to the additional charges.
