MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A 28-year-old man from Big Coppitt Key was arrested Tuesday after Sheriff’s Office Detectives discovered cocaine, anabolic steroids, and drug paraphernalia during a search of his residence.

Austin Michael Kimbler was taken into custody and charged with possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a ‘new legend drug.’

Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on Del Mar Boulevard, where they found the illicit substances along with a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia. Furthermore, several plastic bottles containing urine were found in Kimbler’s vehicle, suggesting possible attempts to circumvent drug testing.

Kimbler was booked into the Monroe County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
