Biden’s War On His Own Continues: FBI Raids Homes Of Biden Critics To Look For A Diary

First, President Joe Biden wanted to weaponize the FBI against upset parents hounding liberal school board members.

Now, government agents are raiding the homes of his critics.

Conservative media outlets reported on Friday that the FBI raided two sites in New York that are connected to Project Veritas, the conservative sting operation founded by activist James O’Keefe.

The raid was part of an investigation into a probe of how the diary of Ashley Biden, the president’s daughter, was swiped a week before the 2020 election.

PJ Media reported that Ashley Biden’s diary “includes explosive allegations about inappropriate behavior by the president.” Those allegations were not detailed, however.

“Project Veritas purchased the diary after being approached by ‘tipsters’ in 2020,” the report continued. “The tipsters claim the diary was left behind in a room once occupied by Ashley Biden.”

In his own statement, according to Newsmax, O’Keefe said, “It appears the Southern District of New York now has journalists in their sights for the supposed crime of doing their jobs lawfully and honestly.”

O’Keefe added, “Our efforts were the stuff of responsible, ethical journalism and we are in no doubt that Project Veritas acted properly at each and every step.”

O’Keefe claimed he did not publish the contents of the diary because of “ethical” concerns.

“At the end of the day, we made the ethical decision that because, in part, we could not determine if the diary was real, if the diary in fact belonged to Ashley Biden, or if the contents of the diary occurred, we could not publish the diary and any part thereof,” O’Keefe said.

That statement seems ironic considering that almost simultaneously, on the other side of the aisle, the FBI arrested Igor Danchenko for lying to its agents.

Danchenkoa was a primary source for the phony dossier that Hillary Clinton’s campaign commissioned, bought and used to smear Donald Trump as a minion of the Kremlin. Some liberal news outlets routinely published the concocted allegations in the dossier, even though they were never substantiated.

O’Keefe said his group tried to return the diary to Ashley Biden’s lawyer but she refused to accept it.

PJ Media pointed out that the FBI wanted to shut O’Keefe up about the raid.

In a cover letter accompanying a subpoena to him, the FBI wrote, “The Government hereby requests that you voluntarily refrain from disclosing the existence of the subpoena to any third party. While you are under no obligation to comply with our request, we are requesting you not to make any disclosure in order to preserve the confidentiality of the investigation and because disclosure of the existence of this investigation might interfere with and impede the investigation.”

And yet, as the government told O’Keefe that, a New York Times reporter contacted one of his staff whose home was raided less than an hour after the FBI arrived.

“How did the NYT know about the raid or what it involved? The FBI asked O’Keefe not to mention it yet somehow the NYT was in the loop. Huh…,” PJ Media noted.

O’Keefe, though, made a more important point in his comments.

“It begs the question,” he said, “in what world is the alleged theft of a diary investigated by the president’s FBI and his Department of Justice. A diary! This federal investigation smacks of politics.”

“The politics of fear will not prevail in the United States of America,” he added.
