After his election, President Joe Biden indicated that he would make sure his political appointees would be politically correct. Accordingly, the woke bean counters must be proud. Sam Brinton

Biden’s Most Woke Official Allegedly Carts Off With Woman’s Suitcase At Airport

Sam Brinton, the deputy assistant secretary over a nuclear waste program within the Energy Department,  is an acknowledged “non-binary drag queen” and a self-proclaimed “kink activist” (dog fetishes a specialty) who also once billed himself as the “first gender fluid person in federal government leadership,” The Free Press reported in February.

Many people believe that one of President Joe Biden’s most woke picks for high office came with a lot of baggage.

Now, Brinton may carry some baggage literally, and illegally, after an airline passenger accused him of stealing her expensive suitcase.

Brinton allegedly swiped a Vera Bradley suitcase worth $2,325 from the luggage claim section of the Minneapolis airport on Sept. 16, according to court records obtained by Fox News.

Police scanned video surveillance of the baggage carousel and identified Brinton making off with the luggage after he removed the identification tag.

That was bad enough, but, according to Fox, he continued to use the high-end suitcase.

The cops learned that Brinton took the bag on at least two other trips, one of which was roughly three weeks after the alleged theft.

Brinton, according to Fox, told police, “If I had taken the wrong bag, I am happy to return it, but I don’t have any clothes for another individual. That was my clothes when I opened the bag.”

But a short two hours later, Brinton called the police back and admitted he had not been “completely honest.” He claimed it was a mistake and that fatigue led him to leave with the wrong bag — and apparently keep it for three weeks.

In police records, investigators reported Brinton “got nervous people would think they (sic) stole the bag and did not know what to do.” He then said that he left the victim’s clothes inside a hotel room drawer.

Brinton has been charged with felony theft of movable property without consent, punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.

Brinton has been on leave for a month, although Fox noted that the Energy Department did not explain why.
