Biden On Taliban 2

Biden Blames Trump, Harris Cancels Newsom Rally, ISIS Claims Responsibility

On Thursday, Biden spoke to the world, in response to the terrorist attacks that killed at least 12 US Marines and countless Afghan civilians.

Thursday’s suicide bombings outside the Kabul airport resulted in the third deadliest day suffered by U.S. military service members as a result of hostilities throughout the entire Afghanistan War.

Pentagon officials said Thursday — a single-day death toll from hostile causes that has only been eclipsed twice during the 20-year conflict, figures from the website iCasualties show.

When asked by Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy on responsibility for the disaster in Afghanistan Biden replied, “I bear responsibility for, fundamentally, all that’s happened of late. But here’s the deal: You know, I wish you’d one day say these things, you know as well as I do, that the former president made a deal with the Taliban.”

Vice President Kamala Harris has canceled her Friday rally with California Gov. Gavin Newsom after at least twelve Americans died during several terrorist attacks in Afghanistan.

Harris had initially planned to hold a “car rally” with the California governor Friday in the San Francisco Bay Area. The rally was intended to whip up support for Newsom before the governor faces a recall election on Sept. 14.

Harris and Newsom canceled the rally Thursday following several terrorist attacks outside of the Kabul airport that left at least twelve Americans dead, Politico first reported. Newsom’s campaign spokesman Nathan Click confirmed the reports to several other outlets Thursday.

Also on Thursday, ISIS claimed responsibility for the terrorist attacks in Afghanistan.
