What: On December 13, 2021, William Cease engaged in sexual acts with a 69-year-old female patient/resident of the facility. William Cease was found in a state of undress, inappropriately touching the victim, a vulnerable adult. This incident was discovered when another employee walked in and observed William Cease in the act of sexual assault. William Cease has been employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Care Center of Pinellas Park since April of 2019. Investigators believe there may be additional victims.
