Initially, Foresyth’s work schedule at a local Longhorn Steakhouse suggested he was working during the time of the homicide. However, video footage from the night of the incident captured a man matching Foresyth’s description near the construction site around the time of the stabbing.
During questioning, Foresyth admitted to being in the area but claimed he was running due to a pebble in his shoe. Further investigation revealed Foresyth had been inside the shipping container and started a fire outside when Snell approached, leading to the fatal stabbing. Foresyth then fled, discarding the knife and his clothing.
