An Arizona-based consulting firm with deep ties to national Democratic organizations is under investigation for allegedly submitting fraudulent voter registration forms in Pennsylvania.

The Monroe County Board of Elections reported that numerous voter registration applications and mail-in ballot requests submitted by the firm’s subsidiary were unauthorized by the individuals named on the forms, including at least one deceased person, according to District Attorney Mike Mancuso.

The firm, FieldCorps, has received substantial funding—over $430,000—from Democratic-aligned groups since 2018, including payments from the Arizona Democratic Party, Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 presidential campaign, and Arizona Rep. Greg Stanton’s campaign, according to campaign finance records.

FieldCorps’ subsidiary submitted the fraudulent forms, reportedly for the “Everybody Votes” campaign, a voter registration initiative backed by left-leaning networks including the Soros family’s philanthropy and Arabella Advisors’ dark money network. Everybody Votes aims to increase turnout among demographics that traditionally support Democratic candidates.

In addition to Monroe County, York County is investigating ballot forms submitted by FieldCorps’ subsidiary, with only 47% of the 3,087 ballots received as part of a bulk submission being verified as legitimate. The rest were incomplete or require further review, per a county press release.

Lancaster County has also reported receiving potentially fraudulent registration applications from a “third-party organization.”

FieldCorps, owned by progressive activist and Mesa, Arizona Vice Mayor Francisco Heredia, has previously worked with groups like Mi Familia Vota, an organization advocating for immigrant amnesty and opposing former President Trump. Mi Familia Vota, like Everybody Votes, is funded in part by the Soros and Arabella networks. Amid the investigation, FieldCorps’ website has gone offline.

This comes as Pennsylvania’s critical electoral role looms large, with the 2020 election decided by around 80,000 votes. Trump currently leads Vice President Kamala Harris by just half a point in Pennsylvania polls, four days ahead of the election, according to RealClearPolitics.
