Two men involved in a large-scale drug distribution ring with ties to an Aryan prison gang have been sentenced to significant prison terms. Ronaldo McComb received a 13-year sentence, while Isaac Cervantes was sentenced to 9 years.
Chief U.S. District Judge David G. Estudillo highlighted the severity of their crimes, emphasizing the “massive quantities” of drugs involved and the potential for “immeasurable” societal harm. He also noted the serious nature of the firearms seized, which were intended to protect the drug trade and contribute to violence.
McComb pleaded guilty to drug distribution and firearm possession charges. He admitted to trafficking large amounts of methamphetamine, fentanyl pills, and heroin. Law enforcement seized drugs, firearms, cash, and gold bars from his residence and vehicle.
Cervantes, arrested in Phoenix, transported drugs to Washington and worked at a stash house where fentanyl pills were produced. He was previously stopped with 50,000 counterfeit pills. The stash house where he worked was later raided, yielding 64 kilograms of fentanyl pills, methamphetamine, firearms, and cash.

Prosecutors underscored the deadly consequences of fentanyl-laced pills, citing a significant increase in overdose deaths in Washington state. The investigation led to the seizure of 245 pounds of methamphetamine, over 830,000 fentanyl pills, heroin, firearms, and cash.
This case was part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) operation, demonstrating the collaborative efforts of multiple agencies to combat drug trafficking and organized crime.
