ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – An altercation and shooting at a Zephyrhills McDonald’s is under investigation, according to police.
According to police, at approximately 10:55 am Tuesday, Zephyrhills Police Department (ZPD) units responded to reports of a physical altercation and shooting incident involving two male subjects at McDonald’s, located at 6042 Gall Blvd.
As a result of the altercation, one individual sustained non-life-threatening wounds and was transported to AdventHealth Zephyrhills Hospital.

“Preliminary investigations suggest that this was an isolated incident; there is no ongoing threat to the public,” said ZPD.
Zephyrhills Police is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the altercation and shooting.
