According to Busch Gardens, the man violated park policy and jumped two fences to get inside the alligator habitat.

The park said that there are signs and multiple barriers indicating that it was a restricted access area, not to mention the fact that the gators in that enclosure are enormous, and fast.

“We will not tolerate this blatant disregard of our safety rules and are working with law enforcement on this matter. The safety and well-being of our guests, ambassadors, and animals remain a top priority,” Busch Gardens said in a statement.

Fortunately, no guests, employees, or animals were hurt.

There is no word yet if the man was charged for the not-so-smart stunt.
