Hurricane Debby continues to wreak havoc across Florida with widespread flooding. Numerous roads and bridges are impassable, particularly in low-lying areas and along rivers. Emergency responders are working tirelessly to rescue stranded residents and provide aid.

The National Weather Service has issued numerous flash flood warnings, and residents are urged to seek higher ground. The St. Johns River is expected to reach record flood levels, surpassing those of Hurricane Irma in 2017. Thousands are without power as utility crews battle hazardous conditions to restore electricity.

The full extent of the damage remains unclear, but recovery efforts are expected to be lengthy. Residents are advised to remain vigilant and follow official instructions as the threat of further flooding persists.
