Jeffrey Foster Hudson, a 37-year-old man from Saraland, Alabama, has been sentenced to two years in state prison and will be required to register as a sex offender. This follows his arrest in 2023 stemming from an undercover chat operation conducted by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office in January 2022.
The operation targeted individuals seeking to engage in sexual acts with children under the age of 16.

Hudson was charged with using a computer to lure a child for sex and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.
Jeffrey Foster Hudson was sentenced to 24 months in state prison and classified as a sex offender. Hudson had 487 days of time served applied towards his state prison time.
