Florida woman is at it again, but this time, not in the sunshine state. A 41-year-old woman was arrested after becoming unruly on a plane in Rapid City, South Dakota.
According to police, Mistie Justice-Watkins, 41, Daytona Beach Shores, Fla., was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, simple assault on law enforcement, and a Meade County, Kentucky Warrant.
According to the Rapid City Police Department, Watkins was raising somewhat of a commotion on the aircraft, forcing a police officer to remove her from the plane.
Investigators say the officer informed her that she would be escorted off the plane, but she continued to be “loud and disruptive”.
“She indecently exposed herself to other passengers on the plane at one point while exiting the plane,” said RCPD.
As she was being taken through the airport, the arresting officer noticed a strong odor of alcohol exuding from the unruly flyer.
Investigators say she kicked the officer, trying to escape capture, but other officers arrived to remove the woman from the airport.
Justice Watkins appeared in court Monday and is held on a $100 cash-only bond for simple assault on law enforcement and a $1,000 cash-only bond for unlawful occupancy.
