Pasco No Longer Investigating Anonymous Code Violation Complaints

PASCO COUNTY, FL. – Pasco County Code Enforcement is no longer able to investigate anonymous code violation complaints, including anonymous non-emergency animal complaints, due to a new Florida law that takes effect July 1, 2021.

You can continue to help your Code Enforcement officers keep your community safe and looking beautiful by filing a complaint and providing your name and address.

Reporting an issue is easy and convenient on the MyPasco App.  You can upload photos and indicate problem areas on a locator map.

You can also contact Pasco County Customer Service at 727.847.2411 or online at bit.ly/PC-CustomerService to report issues such as:

  • Yards being used as a storage area for junk or debris
  • Inoperative/unlicensed vehicles
  • Illegal dumping
  • Noise violation

Code Enforcement handles most complaints within 7-10 business days and is often able to resolve issues without issuing a citation.
