“Hangry For A Cheeseburger” Sheriff Deputies Wrangle Alligator At A Florida Wendy’s

Living the Florida life. Earlier this week, deputies and authorites from the Florida FWC, ‘wrangled’ a gator in a Wendy’s parking lot.

Deputies responded to Lee Blvd after a 6-ft gator chased pedestrians through a Wendy’s parking lot.

“He may have just been “hangry” for a cheeseburger, but he gave many quite the scare!”, said Lee County Sheriff’s Office. “Alongside FWC, we wrangled the gator and safely relocated it.”

Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District tweeted out that the gator was causing “a slightly delayed response time.”
