SEU Career Fair

In-Person Job and Career Fair This Thursday, March 18th, 10 am-2 pm

LAKELAND, Fla. – In partnership with The Center for Calling and Career and The Free Press, Southeastern University will be hosting a career fair this Thursday on the campus in Lakeland Florida.

This event will be held outside on the campus grounds, with safety measures in place, every employer’s table social distanced, masks required and guests to the campus will need to complete a check-in process.

“Career Week is our largest event of the Spring semester and the COMPASS team is expectant for what the week has in store,” said Emilee Hill, the Director of COMPASS, The Center For Calling and Career, “We are excited to safely welcome employers onto campus to connect with students one on one for panel discussions, workshops, and the outdoor career fair. Students are very enthusiastic about the entire week and being able to connect with employers and opportunities they have to offer.”

Rick Wilks the Director of Events at The Free Press said, “It’s exciting to once gain have an event that’s truly needed in the community and to be able to accomplish this safely, with precautions in place, will allow people to get in front of hiring managers to display their talents and move into a new career.”

The career fair will be open to the general public and details are as follows:

  • Where: Southeastern University 1000 Longfellow Blvd. Lakeland, FL 33801
  • The event starts at 10 am and will conclude at 2 pm on Thursday March 18th
  • Open to the general public
