A 17-year-old Wisconsin resident, Nikita Casap, has been arrested and charged in connection with the deaths of his parents, stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, and his mother, Tatiana Casap, 35.
Authorities allege that the teen’s motives extended beyond the double homicide, encompassing a plot to assassinate President Donald Trump and overthrow the U.S. government.
Casap was initially taken into custody in March and faces state charges of first-degree murder, hiding a corpse, theft, and identity theft. Federal authorities are now pursuing additional charges, including conspiracy, presidential assassination, and the use of weapons of mass destruction.

According to court documents, investigators discovered materials on Casap’s phone linking him to “The Order of Nine Angles,” described as a neo-Nazi extremist group.
Further review of alleged writings by Casap revealed plans to assassinate Trump and initiate a revolution “to save the white race.” The documents reportedly contained images of Adolf Hitler and pro-Nazi slogans.
The federal affidavit states that Casap was “in touch with other parties about his plan to kill the President and overthrow the government of the United States. And he paid for, at least in part, a drone and explosives to be used as a weapon of mass destruction to commit an attack.”
Investigators also believe that these other individuals were aware of Casap’s intentions and provided assistance.
Casap appeared in court on April 9 for a preliminary hearing on the state charges. He has not yet entered a plea and remains in custody. His next court appearance, an arraignment, is scheduled for May 7.
