INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, Fla. – The City of Indian Rocks Beach has announced the launch of a new hotline and website portal to provide residents with resources to ensure compliance of short-term rental properties in their neighborhoods.
The new program offers a 24/7 hotline and online platform for neighbors to report short-term rentals that may be violating local regulations and to file complaints regarding issues such as excessive noise, illegal parking, or overflowing trash.

The city is utilizing Granicus’ govService Host Compliance, a service designed to assist local governments in managing short-term rental compliance and enforcement.
Residents can file complaints about short-term rentals in Indian Rocks Beach by:
