I-75 Northbound Closed At Night: Gibsonton Drive To US 301 For Repairs

RIVERVIEW, Fla. – Motorists traveling northbound on Interstate 75 will face full nightly closures between Gibsonton Drive (Exit 250) and US 301 (Exit 254) on Monday, April 7th, and Tuesday, April 8th.

The closures will be in effect from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each night, weather permitting.

Northbound I-75 traffic will be detoured as follows:

  • Exit I-75 at Gibsonton Drive (Exit 250).
  • Merge onto eastbound Gibsonton Drive.
  • Turn left onto northbound US 301.
  • Re-enter I-75 using the northbound I-75 entrance ramp.

Southbound Traffic Unaffected:

Drivers traveling southbound on I-75 will not be impacted by these closures.

Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will be deployed to guide motorists through the detour. Drivers are urged to exercise caution and plan for potential delays.

These nightly closures are necessary for concrete pavement repairs on I-75 in Hillsborough County.
