Jose Perez, 53, Kissimmee, opted for the lump-sum cash payout of $640,000.00, proving that dreams really can come true with a single scratch.
Perez purchased his lucky ticket at a 7-Eleven located at 7605 Sinclair Road in Kissimmee. The convenience store will also share in the excitement, receiving a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
