NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in connection with a homicide investigation that began Saturday, March 8th, in the Cypress Drive area of New Port Richey.
67-year-old Mary Hubbard was arrested on Monday and charged with 2nd Degree Homicide.
The arrest follows a death investigation launched by the Sheriff’s Office after a physical altercation resulted in the death of an adult male.

While the investigation is ongoing, the Sheriff’s Office has stated that there is no known threat to public safety. Further details regarding the circumstances of the altercation and the victim’s identity have not been released.
