Ohio Fugitive Arrested In Winter Haven On Multiple Felony Warrants

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 37-year-old woman wanted on multiple felony warrants in Ohio was arrested in Winter Haven on Wednesday, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).

The PCSO received a request from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) in Ohio to locate and arrest Brittanie Brunelle at a residence on Lake Myrtle Drive in Winter Haven.

Brunelle was wanted on several felony warrants, including charges of possession of a firearm on school property, possession of a firearm during a felony, endangering children, battery, and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26th, PCSO deputies located Brunelle at the Winter Haven residence and arrested her without incident.

She was subsequently transported to the Polk County Jail to await extradition to Ohio.
