TAMPA, Fla. – Drivers in Tampa should expect delays on North 22nd Street starting today, February 18th, 2025, at 9 a.m. The west side inner northbound lane will be closed between East 18th Avenue and East 17th Avenue for water main maintenance.
Traffic flow will be managed with barricades and signs, but drivers are encouraged to consider alternate routes and exercise caution in the area. The lane closure may be adjusted as work progresses.

The Tampa Water Department expects to finish the maintenance and reopen the lane by 4 p.m. on Friday, February 21st. However, the work schedule may change depending on weather conditions.
