HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A tractor-trailer carrying a large shipment of beer overturned on Interstate 75 early Thursday morning, causing a significant spill.
The incident occurred around 2:35 a.m. near milepost 238, as the truck, driven by a 53-year-old man from Doral, was exiting the interstate to enter a rest area. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver failed to negotiate a curve, causing the truck to leave the roadway and overturn.

The crash resulted in a large quantity of beer being spilled across the shoulder of the highway. The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
