Lakeland Man Apprehended By Polk County Sheriff On Outstanding Warrant

LAKELAND, Fla. – Willie Gulley, a 24-year-old resident of Lakeland, was arrested by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) early Saturday morning, February 8th.

Just after 3:00 a.m., deputies responded to Hyde Park Boulevard in Lakeland to locate Gulley, who had an active warrant for violation of probation. The original charges leading to the probation included conveyance burglary, grand theft, unlawful possession of a credit card, tampering with evidence, and possession of burglary tools.

Anticipating a potential attempt to flee, deputies were assisted by K9 Duncan. However, upon arrival at the residence, Gulley surrendered without incident.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Polk County Jail, where he was booked on the outstanding warrant.
