CLEARWATER, Fla. – A Clearwater man was arrested on Tuesday after detectives uncovered evidence of child pornography and sexual activity involving animals during an investigation into illicit online activity. Anthony Bisio, 66, faces charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Activity Involving Animals, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation began after detectives with the Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) received information that child pornography was being accessed and shared via the Internet. Using advanced investigative techniques, authorities identified Bisio as the suspect.

During the investigation, detectives discovered images and videos depicting children between the ages of 10 and 13 engaged in sexually explicit acts. Additionally, Bisio was found in possession of graphic materials showing adults engaging in sexual acts with animals, including dogs, a horse, and a cow.
Detectives interviewed Bisio, who reportedly admitted to viewing and possessing the illegal materials. On February 5, 2025, Bisio turned himself in at the Pinellas County Jail, where he was formally charged.
