U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in collaboration with multiple law enforcement agencies, conducted a targeted enforcement operation in Palm Beach County, Florida, resulting in the arrest of 32 illegal aliens with criminal convictions.
The operation, which took place from January 27 to 28, involved ICE’s Miami office, the Stuart Sub-office, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and U.S. Border Patrol.
The enforcement action spanned several counties in Southern Florida, targeting individuals with criminal histories who were in the country illegally.
Those arrested hailed from Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Cuba, and Nicaragua. Their criminal convictions included charges such as drug possession, prostitution, robbery, fraud, larceny, driving under the influence (DUI), illegal re-entry, and possession of stolen property.

All 32 individuals arrested during the operation are currently in ICE custody. They will either face removal from the United States or a hearing before an immigration judge to determine their legal status. ICE emphasized that the operation focused on individuals who not only violated immigration laws but also had criminal convictions that posed a risk to public safety.
ICE reiterated its commitment to enforcing immigration laws and prioritizing the arrest and removal of individuals who threaten public safety. The agency continues to focus on targeting criminal aliens, including those who have re-entered the country illegally after prior removal.
