5 Juveniles Arrested Following Vehicle Burglary In Riverview

RIVERVIEW, Fla. – Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputies arrested five juveniles following a vehicle burglary reported early Tuesday morning at 11232 Boyette Road.

At approximately 8:55 a.m., deputies arrived on the scene and spotted the suspects inside a U-Haul truck. Upon being confronted by law enforcement, the individuals fled the vehicle, scattering in different directions in an attempt to evade capture.

A coordinated effort between HCSO’s Patrol Unit and K-9 Section led to the swift apprehension of all five suspects. Authorities have not yet released the identities of the juveniles due to their age.

Sheriff Chad Chronister commended the deputies for their teamwork and professionalism in handling the incident.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to determine if the suspects are connected to other recent vehicle-related crimes in the area.
