TAMPA, Fla. – Drivers in Tampa should be aware of multiple lane closures on North Armenia Avenue starting today.
Beginning at 9:00 AM, the outside southbound lane of North Armenia Avenue will be closed between West Braddock Street and West Leroy Street. This closure is necessary to allow crews from the Tampa Water Department to repair a water main break.
Full Lane Closure between West St. Isabel Street and West St. Sophia Street
Also, beginning at 9:00 AM, all southbound lanes on North Armenia Avenue will be closed between West St. Isabel Street and West St. Sophia Street for water main break repairs.

Barricades and signs will be in place to help manage traffic flow and ensure safety in the work zones.
The Tampa Water Department aims to complete the repairs and reopen the affected lanes by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 21st. However, the repair schedule may be affected by weather conditions.
Drivers are urged to exercise caution when traveling on North Armenia Avenue and be mindful of crews and equipment.
