According to court filings, Rocker was a member of “764,” a network of racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists who use online platforms to share extreme gore media and CSAM.
In January 2024, the FBI executed a search warrant at Rocker’s home and seized his cellphone, thumb drive, and laptop. These devices contained over 8,300 images and videos of CSAM, including depictions of the sexual abuse of infants and toddlers, masochistic behavior, and bestiality.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Ilyssa Spergel and Karyna Valdes.
