According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Kenyon entered the Capitol building through the Upper West Terrace Door around 2:36 PM on January 6th. He proceeded to the Rotunda, Statuary Hall, and the House Wing, joining a crowd of rioters outside the House Chamber.
Kenyon then made his way to the third floor, entering the House Appropriations Committee Room before being escorted out by Capitol Police officers. However, instead of exiting the building, he returned to the Rotunda, where he resisted and pushed against law enforcement officers attempting to clear the area.
