RIVERVIEW, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying potential witnesses to a shooting that occurred last month at The Alley at Southshore entertainment complex in Riverview.

The incident occurred on December 27, 2024, at the establishment at 10221 Big Bend Road. Detectives have released images of individuals believed to have witnessed the shooting and are asking for assistance in identifying and contacting them.

The suspect, identified as 18-year-old Christopher Smith, fled the scene after the shooting. He was located and arrested at his home on Saturday morning, approximately seven hours after the incident.

Smith is facing charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery, tampering with physical evidence, and carrying a concealed firearm.
