TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is turning to the public for assistance in identifying a man accused of using stolen credit cards at a Lowe’s store in Tampa.

The suspect, who made fraudulent purchases with stolen credit cards, has a distinctive feature that authorities hope will aid in his identification: a scissors tattoo on his face.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts is urged to contact the Tampa Police Department at 813-231-6130.
