Two of the three Alexander brothers, prominent figures in luxury real estate, have been granted bond in a Florida state case connected to their alleged involvement in a long-running sex trafficking scheme.
Oren and Alon Alexander, twin brothers and real estate brokers with offices in Miami and New York, were granted conditional release during a pretrial hearing Friday. Their older brother, Tal Alexander, who faces similar charges, was set to have a separate bail hearing the same day.
During the hearing, Miami-Dade Judge Lody Jean outlined the strict terms of pretrial release.

- Alon Alexander: A $2 million personal surety bond secured by his father’s home, a $25,000 corporate surety bond, house arrest with GPS monitoring, and a no-contact order with alleged victims. His passport has been seized by authorities.
- Oren Alexander: A $3 million personal surety bond secured by his father’s home, a $25,000 corporate surety bond, house arrest with GPS monitoring, and a no-contact order with alleged victims.
Judge Jean indicated she would finalize the release conditions on Monday, pending verification of the surety funds. However, a federal hold remains in place, as the brothers face separate federal charges in New York.
“We’re grateful and pleased that the court signed the order granting pretrial release for the boys. They’re innocent,” said their attorney, Joel Denaro, after the hearing.
The Alexander brothers were indicted in New York on federal sex trafficking charges on allegations spanning more than a decade. Prosecutors claim the brothers orchestrated a scheme to recruit and exploit dozens of women using luxury accommodations, travel, and access to exclusive events.

Damian Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, detailed accusations that the brothers drugged their victims using substances like cocaine, mushrooms, and GHB, leaving some unable to resist or escape. Other attacks allegedly occurred spontaneously at bars, clubs, and social events.
The charges stem from incidents dating back to the brothers’ high school years and involve both domestic and international locations.
State Charges in Florida
In addition to federal charges, the brothers face separate state felony charges in Florida, where Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle detailed three incidents involving victims from 2016, 2017, and 2021.
- 2016 Incident: A victim alleged she was raped by both Oren and Alon Alexander at a barbecue in Miami Beach.
- 2017 Incident: A victim claimed Oren Alexander gave her a drink that incapacitated her, after which he raped her.
- 2021 Incident: Another victim reported being raped by Oren Alexander after he invited her and friends to his home.
The brothers’ cousin, Ohad Fisherman, is also implicated in the state charges but has not yet been apprehended.
The Alexander brothers remain in custody due to the federal hold, with proceedings in the federal case expected to take precedence. Federal authorities have stated that the brothers will be transferred to New York to face charges there.
This case has drawn national attention not only due to the high-profile nature of the defendants but also the serious allegations of a decade-long trafficking operation that spans state and international borders.
