ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – St. Petersburg Police Department responded to a shooting incident at an apartment complex located at 1701 Central Avenue around 8:11 AM Friday.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two adult male roommates involved in an altercation. One roommate had shot the other, who was subsequently transported to the hospital in critical condition.

The suspect was detained at the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
