The victim of the burglary reported that the only item missing from her car was a light blue eyelash curler valued at around $10.
Carter confessed to deputies that he had “done some stuff that he wasn’t supposed to be doing” and was found in possession of the stolen eyelash curler.
Carter was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail, where he was charged with burglary of a conveyance, petit theft, and trespassing.
