Brooksville Motorcyclist Killed In Rear-End Crash On US-301 In Pasco County

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A 73-year-old Brooksville man was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday afternoon on US-301.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a Cadillac Escalade driven by a 56-year-old Dade City woman was stopped on northbound US-301, waiting to turn left into a driveway. A motorcycle, traveling behind the Escalade, failed to stop and collided with the rear of the SUV.

The motorcyclist, a 73-year-old man from Brooksville, suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The driver of the Escalade was uninjured.
