“Okay, so here’s the dude,” Judd began, introducing Sanders. “He’s 64 years old. He’s old enough to know better. He’s got a long history of stealing.”

According to Judd, Sanders entered a Circle K store and stole two cases of beer. “On video,” Judd emphasized, “you can’t steal anymore without having any video of you.”

The next day, Brinson, identified as the getaway driver in the first theft, returned to the same store and also stole two cases of beer. “That’s right,” Judd declared, “they’re a team. He’s also got a long history of theft.”
