PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A crash on Interstate 75 in Florida has left four people injured, one seriously, after a pickup truck towing an improperly loaded trailer lost control and struck several trees.
The incident occurred on Monday, at approximately 4:25 PM near Milepost 284 in Pasco County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck was traveling southbound when the CAT skid steer it was towing began to jackknife.

The driver, a 28-year-old male from Miami, lost control of the vehicle, which veered off the roadway and onto the outside shoulder, colliding with multiple trees.
The driver sustained minor injuries in the crash. However, one of his passengers, a 40-year-old male also from Miami, suffered serious injuries. Two other passengers, a 29-year-old male and a 66-year-old male, both from Miami, received minor injuries.
