MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Hialeah man faces multiple charges after being caught with undersized fish and resisting arrest in Islamorada on Friday.
Jorge Luis Vinent, 56, was spotted by a Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy attempting to conceal undersized mangrove snapper under a parking cone near Mile Marker 86. When confronted, Vinent resisted arrest and struggled against being handcuffed.

He was ultimately taken into custody and charged with possession of undersized mangrove snapper and resisting arrest.
