TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person, Jose Ignacia Garcia. Garcia, a 57-year-old man, was last seen around 10:00 PM on November 24, 2024, in the 1400 block of West Linebaugh Avenue.
Garcia is described as 5’5” tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange shirt and blue shorts.
It’s important to note that Garcia suffers from a diminished mental capacity, officers say.
