The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulates fishing to protect marine resources and ensure sustainable populations. Size limits are in place to allow fish to reach maturity and reproduce.
Anglers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with fishing regulations, including size limits, bag limits, and seasonal closures. For more information on fishing regulations in Florida, visit www.myfwc.com.
