MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Miami man was cited Thursday for catching undersized fish in the Florida Keys.
Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy Luis Guiardinu was patrolling the Long Key Bridge around 4:10 PM when he discovered 21-year-old Nathanael Seth Farelo in possession of three undersized snapper: a mutton snapper, a yellowtail snapper, and a schoolmaster snapper.

Farelo was issued a notice to appear in court for violating Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations.
