TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Bay Lightning concluded their four-game road trip with a 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday night at Enterprise Center.
Despite a strong start and a late push, the Lightning couldn’t overcome a resilient Blues team.
Game Recap:
The first period remained scoreless, with the Lightning outshooting the Blues 9-3. Tampa Bay finally broke through in the second period with a goal from Nick Perbix. However, the Blues answered with two goals of their own to take a 2-1 lead.

Victor Hedman tied the game for the Lightning in the third period, but the Blues quickly regained the lead with a goal from Jordan Kyrou. Despite pulling their goalie in the final minutes, the Lightning couldn’t find the equalizer.

- Nikita Kucherov: Kucherov continued his impressive road performance with two assists, extending his point streak to four games. He has now recorded a point in all eight of Tampa Bay’s road games this season.
- Victor Hedman: Hedman scored a goal and extended his point streak to four games. He leads all Lightning defensemen in points this season.
- Nick Perbix: Perbix scored his first goal of the season.
- Anthony Cirelli: Cirelli notched an assist and continues to be a key contributor on the road for the Lightning.

- The Lightning and Blues each recorded 23 shots on goal.
- Tampa Bay won the faceoff battle, 22-20.
- The Lightning’s power play went 0-for-3, while their penalty kill successfully killed off all three penalties.
