Tampa Police Investigate Shooting On Cayuga Street East

TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Wednesday evening.

Around 6:20 p.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 2600 block of Cayuga Street East. Upon arrival, they found an adult male victim with non-life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made at this time, and the investigation is ongoing. Police say there is no threat to the community.
