As of Saturday morning, more than 3.3 million ballots have been cast in Florida’s Nov. 5 elections, with Republicans leading in early in-person voting and Democrats ahead in mail-in ballots.
According to data from the state Division of Elections, 1,811,305 ballots were submitted by mail, while 1,521,620 votes were cast at early voting locations.

The voting breakdown shows 1,477,243 Republicans and 1,178,100 Democrats have already voted, along with 608,364 unaffiliated voters and 69,218 third-party voters.
Early voting began on Monday across most of Florida, and all counties are required to offer early voting options starting Saturday.
The early voting figures underscore the enthusiasm on both sides as they head into the final days before the election.
